Acceptance of Terms

By using MaverickAppsHub products, applications, services, and websites (collectively referred to as “Services”), you are entering a legal agreement with MaverickAppsHub. This document outlines the terms of that agreement. Unless a different written agreement exists with MaverickAppsHub, your use of the Services will, at a minimum, be governed by these terms.

You confirm that you are of legal age or have parental consent if not. Services are intended for personal use only and may not be used for third-party benefit. If legal restrictions apply to you, you may not use the Services. MaverickAppsHub is not responsible for illegal use of its Services.

You agree to keep account information, including authorization codes, private, as you are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Usage Restrictions

• Are fraudulent, obscene, offensive, misleading, or threatening.

• Grant unauthorized access to your account.

• Compromise network security or extract others’ personal information.

Engaging in activities such as scanning, scraping, or spidering pages is prohibited. Violations may result in a ban from using our Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

Content you post is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree to respect these rights and not to copy, modify, translate, publish, distribute, download, license, or sell content that isn’t yours.

Rule Violations

We reserve the right to remove or hide content that potentially violates copyright laws or improperly accesses others' accounts.

Liability

You are solely responsible for all actions taken on the platform, including posting, editing profiles, uploading, creating, and deleting content.

Service and Pricing Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time without prior notice. MaverickAppsHub will not be liable for any changes, price modifications, suspensions, or terminations of the Service.
